The term ‘partner’ refers to a legal practitioner employee or legal practitioner director of the ILP.

Singapore

Wotton + Kearney Pte. Ltd (UEN 202348319W) trading as “Wotton Kearney” is a private limited company registered in Singapore and is a foreign law firm. The registered office is 138 Market Street #07-03 CapitaGreen Singapore 048946. It is licensed and regulated by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority of Singapore under number LSRA/FLP/2023/00009. The term ‘partner’ refers to a legal practitioner employee or legal practitioner director.

Thailand

Wotton Kearney Holdings Co. Ltd (registered number 0105568056799) and Wotton Kearney Co., Ltd (registered number 0105568056829) trading as “Wotton Kearney” are private limited companies registered in Thailand. The registered office is 990, Abdulrahim Place, Floor 17, Room 1710, Rama 4, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. The term ‘partner’ refers to a legal practitioner employee or legal practitioner director.

Advisory

Wotton Kearney Advisory Pty Limited (ABN 94 694 309 594) trading as “Wotton Kearney Advisory” and “WK Advisory” is a private limited company incorporated in Australia. It provides non-legal services, which are clearly identified in applicable terms of engagement. It is not regulated by the legal profession legislation in Australia or any other jurisdiction. The services provided by this entity do not constitute legal services or legal advice. The registered office is level 9, 225 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.

New Zealand

Wotton + Kearney Limited (NZBN 9429031331227), is an incorporated law firm and limited liability company registered in New Zealand. The registered office is Level 8, 21 Queen Street, Auckland 1010. It is licensed to use the Wotton Kearney name but is a separate legal entity and does not form part of the Wotton Kearney group. The term ‘partner’ refers to a legal practitioner director and/or shareholder.  The liabilities of persons described as partners of Wotton + Kearney Limited are limited in accordance with s17 Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006.

Other

Wotton Kearney and the Wotton Kearney logo are registered trademarks.

None of the entities in the Wotton Kearney group has any liability or responsibility for any acts or omissions of any other entities in the group.

Before 15 April 2019, the law firm “Wotton + Kearney” was a general partnership set up under Australian law. Although this website may include documents produced before then, nothing in those documents is to be taken to indicate that the ILP or any entities in the Wotton Kearney group or its affiliates are unlimited liability undertakings or general partnerships.
