She has experience in advising on liability, undertaking extensive discovery work and research, preparing for dispute resolution and litigation, drafting procedural documentation, reviewing policies and procedures, and assisting with cyber incident responses.

  • Assisting with advising real estate agents on liability regarding leaky buildings, including expansive discovery work.
  • Assisting with professional indemnity matters involving quantity surveyors.
  • Assisting architects on liability regarding weathertight issues.
  • Assisting on a contaminated product matter, which involved complex supply chains through India.
  • Assisting on a FMA investigation under the AML/CFT Act regarding allegations of procedural impropriety.
  • Acting in a range of matters dealing with ransomware attacks, email compromises, notification obligations and privacy liability.
  • Acting for MPS in responses to the Health and Disability Commissioner, the Medical Council of New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, the Human Rights Commission and Human Rights Review Tribunal, coroner inquests, Professional Conduct Committees and tribunal hearings.
