Cindy is an experienced insurance lawyer who has practised almost exclusively in common law litigation throughout her career. She advises on a broad range of insurance claims and has a particular focus on public liability, professional indemnity and institutional abuse.

Cindy is client-focused. She works collaboratively with commercial insurers, government insurers and agencies, and self-insured organisations to understand their interests, problem solve their legal issues, and develop a claim strategy that meets their needs.

While her focus is typically on delivering the best outcome for her clients without the need for litigation, Cindy is a keen advocate and routinely appears in the ACT Supreme Court, ACT Magistrates Court, NSW Supreme Court and NSW District Court.
