An experienced litigator, Jacquie advises businesses and organisations on liability and commercial disputes. She has a particular focus on civil litigation and Royal Commissions and inquiries.
A strong part of Jacquie’s practice is in institutional liability, representing schools, sporting organisations, religious institutions and government in responding to personal injury claims. Jacquie takes a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes and is widely recognised for delivering results that meet the strategic objectives of her clients. She has worked with both the public and private sector across a range of industries.
Jacquie brings additional expertise in estate and trusts law and regularly advises not-for-profit organisations on disputed bequests, charitable trust compliance and court applications. She also has experience in legal policy development and law reform.
