- Advising contract works insurers on various LNG coverage issues, including alleged fatigue damage to LNG pipelines and paint defects, considering in particular the damage versus defect debate and application of LEG exclusions.
- Advising insurers on policy coverage issues arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Advising (re)insurers in respect of insurance-related sanctions and coverage issues / loss of aircraft arising out of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.
- Advising (re)insurers on several large machinery breakdown and loss of profits claims at operational power plants across Asia and the Middle East.
