Additionally, he has significant experience in transport and marine, having handled many claims and subrogated recoveries on instructions from marine insurers.

He has practised extensively in the Tribunals and Courts in Victoria and New South Wales. He has also worked in London and Hong Kong.
- Successfully represented the contractor in the seminal Lacrosse litigation, from the time of notification (including initial proceedings before the Building Appeals Board) through to final orders before the Victorian Court of Appeal.
- Defending various construction professionals in design and defect claims, as well as in disciplinary proceedings and SafeWork prosecutions.
- Defending a consultancy firm named as a defendant to a class action arising out of the 2014 Mickleham-Kilmore bushfire.
- Acting in recovery proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia against various parties arising from a fire on board a vessel in the Port of Portland.
- Handling and resolving substantial multi-million dollar portfolios of litigated and unlitigated cladding claims relating to various Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and buildings throughout Australia.
