- Working on professional negligence claims brought against engineers and architects in multi-party defective building claims, including failed remediation claims following the Canterbury earthquakes.
- Advising on, and assisting with, the defence of contractors, including High Court litigation in the environmental and agricultural impairment area.
- Pursuing subrogated recovery claims for insurer clients, including cases where commercial businesses were faced with contaminated products.
- Defending insured clients in the agricultural sector facing statutory prosecution, including the defence of RMA prosecutions.
- Defending insured clients facing WorkSafe investigations and prosecutions.
